“Italy’s open faced omelet,”
Frittata is an Italian version of our favorite egg dish the omelet. As you can see here it is often made in a big pan for a total of several servings.
This is a versatile dish that you can have for breakfast or any other meal.
Just like our omelets there are many ingredients and flavors that can be mixed and matched to get perfection.
Definitely one of the keto classics.
Tip!
Be sure to choose your cheese carefully! Select a cheese that has superior melting quality like cheddar, fontina or gruyere!
