Day 12 Yoga Practice is a wonderful healthy back and strong core practice that gently invites you to spiral in toward yourself, into your center.
Today we focus on the practice and the process of “getting centered” finding your inner support system. Tune in and take stock.
This session also provides the vocabulary for you to cultivate more stability and agility in your physical practice of yoga.

Day 12 – Get centered with Adriene.

Every yoga asana (pose) has a different name and includes standing postures, seated twists, back bends, arm balances, inversions and core holds.
The downward facing dog for example, is in itself said to calm the brain, energize the body, improve digestion, strengthen arms and legs and be therapeutic for high blood pressure.
Whilst these benefits come as a given with most postures, the practice of yoga as a whole gives many more benefits than you might think…
