These Juicy Burgers Are A Cut Above Average

I found this great burger recipe over at the “Save A to Z” blog site. If you want a great tasting burger you've got to try this one. For your keto diet you'll need a keto bread bun or you could serve these burgers without a bun.
The starting point is to make the seasoned butter. I like to make extra butter so I can keep it in the frig for a quick burger meal when I feel like it. So grab a pound of butter and add the amazing flavors listed in the recipe. Mix the seasonings into the butter and then you need to form it into a tube shape about 2″ in diameter. Could be made int a square shape also. You'll want to make this seasoned butter ahead of time so you can put it in the frig for several hours to firm up. Making it the day before may be the ideal timing.
Butter Burger Ingredients
4 sticks of real butter (salted)
1.5 tsps fresh basil, minced
1.5 tsps fresh parsley, minced
1.5 tsps fresh tarragon, minced
pinch of cayenne pepper
2 tsps garlic, minced
Salt and pepper
Garlic Aioli Recipe Ingredients
1 cup real mayonnaise
1 tbs fresh lime juice
1 tsp paprika
.25 tsp cayenne pepper
.25 tsp ground cumin spice
11 garlic cloves, roasted
Burgers Ingredients
2 pounds of 80/20 ground beef
4 slices of your favorite cheese
Next, you will need to create the Roasted Garlic Aioli. YUMMY!
You can buy roasted garlic or bake fresh garlic in the oven.
Put these ingredients inn the blender and blend it up until you get a smooth paste.
Now take your hamburger and make patties. You'll want to put a slice of the butter inside the burger patty and another slice of butter on top of the burger while it cooks in the frying pan.
When the burgers are done, add a slice of cheese on top. Then add a spoon full of Roasted Garlic Aioli on top and serve it hot.
